An envelope mailed to WAVE (Women Accepted for Voluntary Emergency Service) SK3c Ardella L. Offen on February 28, 1944, sixty-seven years ago today. It features a cartoon relating to lighter-than-air operations at Naval Air Station (NAS) Lakehurst, the location from which it was mailed.
